Important Instructions for Participants

• Each registered participant will receive a unique QR code for entry.
• QR code and valid Photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Govt. ID) are mandatory.
• Photo ID must be presented along with QR code at the main building entry gate.

Entry Details

• General Entry: Main Entry Gate / Gate No. 2
• VVIP / VIP Entry: Gate No. 1 (as per protocol)

Entry Timing

• Entry will be allowed only within the designated time window, strictly from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
• Late entry will not be permitted.
• Please plan to arrive well in advance to avoid delays.

Security & Protocols

• All participants must undergo security screening.
• Avoid carrying bags; limited security deposit facility as per venue rules.
• Restricted items are not allowed as per government security regulations.
• Photography / videography may be restricted in certain areas.
• Participants are requested to maintain decorum and follow instructions of security and venue staff.

Inside Venue

• Keep mobile phones on silent mode.
• Follow seating instructions and occupy only designated seats.
• Movement inside the hall should be minimal during the program.
• Food and beverages are not permitted inside the main auditorium.
• Breakfast, lunch and high tea will be provided to all registered participants, so there is no need to carry eatables.

Dress Code

• Formal attire is advised.

Transport & Parking

• Limited parking: use shared / public transport if possible.

Important Notes

• Please keep your QR code safe and bring it to the venue.
• You may show the QR code on your mobile or carry a printout.
• Individuals are expected to register only if they are willing to follow all protocols.
